The blood forgives.

Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin.

[In fact] under the Law almost everything is purified by means of blood, and without the shedding of blood there is neither release from sin and its guilt nor the remission of the due and merited punishment for sins.

Hebrews 9:22 AMPC

There is Forgiveness from sin

There is Release from guilt

There is Absorption of punishment

Can a sacrifice of a chicken, forgive sin?

Can an explosive strap extremist, forgive sin?

Can the yearly ritual of goats and calf, forgive sin?

The answer is no,

Before the passover,

And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them and said, “Each of you drink from it,

for this is my blood, which confirms the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice to forgive the sins of many.

Mark my words—I will not drink wine again until the day I drink it new with you in my Father’s Kingdom.”

Matthew 26:27-29 NLT

His body was whipped on behalf of us for our healing

His blood that was shredded is a new covenant of love and forgiveness,

The once and final sacrifice that is the atonement for our sin.

the-passion-of-the-christ

He is the perfect sacrificial Lamb of god

He became our Passover.

He provides the way, the truth and the life.

This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil,

where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 6:19

He is our hope!

Only by dying on the cross, can the Resurrection power of God can be manifested, and three days and three nights later, He rose again, so that all who believe in Him, may have eternal life.

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.

For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

Hebrews 8:10-13

The Bible says, I will be merciful and I will remember your lawless deeds no more!

There is forgiveness in the blood of Jesus and there is redemption!

Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation.

Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.

For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean,  sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh,

how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without  spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

Hebrews 9:11-15

It is a once and for all offering and sacrifice, it cleanse you and you enter into a new covenant with God.

It is the power of the indestructible life, found in the indestructible presence in the blood.

And you and I can be partakers in it, when we enter into a new covenant.

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;

they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Mark 16:15-18 NKJV

There is power in the blood of Jesus!

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”  Amen.

Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV

There is assurance in the blood of Jesus.

I hope you are blessed.
